NoteDx is now available in a commercial version for user groups wishing to offer the tool to all their clinicians.
hospitals
medical groups (clinics, FMGs)
telemedicine companies
pharmacist groups
Instead of an individual subscription, a user group interested in NoteDx would choose the commercial API*: the NoteDx Python SDK**
(see subscription details at the end of the page)
A group would benefit from several key advantages by using the API version of NoteDx, compared to a standard individual subscription:
1. Integration into existing systems
With an API, NoteDx functionalities can be directly integrated into the group's DME system or internal management tools. Notes transcribed via NoteDx API can be automatically added to the patient's medical record without any manual steps.
Physicians do not need to copy and paste notes from one platform to another.
2. Reduced group-wide costs
Subscribing to an API is often more economical for groups, as costs are based on volume of use (e.g. number of requests to the API), not on the number of individual subscriptions.
3. Customized functionality
An API would enable customer group developers to create functionality tailored to the group's specific needs.
Workflows could be configured to match the group's internal procedures.
In this way, the group could develop its own applications or functionalities, taking advantage of NoteDx's capabilities.
4. Scalability and flexibility
With an API, the group can easily scale up or down the use of the service as it grows or needs change.
* If the group hires new doctors or increases its volume of clinicians, there's no need to subscribe to new individual accounts.
5. Greater interoperability with other tools
Customer group developers can connect the API to other tools already used by the group, such as scheduling, billing or teleconsultation software.
6. Compliance and security
NoteDx complies with the strict requirements of healthcare regulations, which is crucial for the management of sensitive medical information. NoteDx complies with strict data confidentiality standards, such as PIPEDA in Canada, Bill 64 and 25 in Quebec, ensuring the security of sensitive patient information.
*API (Application Programming Interface) is similar to a communication bridge that enables two software programs or applications to talk to each other.
**To subscribe via API https://www.notedxai.com/fr/contact-8-1, follow these steps:
