During registration, you’ll need to provide: • Email Address: For communication and allowing Stripe to send you the email containing the link to add your payment information at the end of your trial, if you choose to continue with NoteDx. • Password: Create a strong and secure password. • Default Template: Select your default template to tailor the app to your needs. You can change it in the app after exploring different templates. For example, if you are a primary care doctor and see walk-in patients, select ER in your profile for optimal results. The primary care template is more suited for new patient additions in your practice and follow-ups. • Language Preferences: Choose your preferred language for app interactions and transcriptions. This will be the language in which the generated medical notes will be outputted.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During this period, you can explore all premium features without any restrictions. No payment information is required to start the trial. To continue using the app after the trial, you can choose a suitable subscription plan.

Before your free trial ends, you’ll receive an email with instructions for payment. You can directly add the payment information and your subscription will be active.
