First use and workflow
We made it very easy to use.
No app to download, no complex setup. Just click and go.

Once logged in, you can either record from your phone or your desktop.
The app, wether you access it from the phone or the desktop computer, is accessible from the website : https://notedx.web.app/

Pick your template and the output language (Yes, you can dictate in french and choose to output in english and vice versa!)
Is this a first visit or a follow-up? Are you recording a conversation with a patient, or straight up dictate the case?
Everything is built in, including patient consent when required and automatically included in the note. By default the output language of the note is the the same as your language setting in your profile.
When recording a conversation, the language is auto-detected. No need to specify anything.

Remember this is AI powered, you don't need to dictate like the old days where you needed to tell when to add a new line, a paragraph etc. You simply talk as if you were telling the case to a colleague. You do not have to be perfect, you can make mistakes, forgot to say something in the HPI then say it at it end: NoteDx got your back.

Hit New Recording, give the app access to the microphone when prompted, and there you go. You can pause, resume and Stop Recording. When you hit Stop Recording, the transcription is processed and the medical note is generated. Voilà .
When recording on the phone, the note will be available on the desktop for review and finalization.

Click the transcriptions on the left to access the medical note editing view

Simply edit the note, Ask a question to NoteDx, it will have contextual access the PII / PHI redacted medical note to provide relevant answers. When you click in the medical note you will find:

The blue microphone allows you to insert text (literal) while dictating.
The light bulb is used to insert smart generated content like: Generates a full normal abdominal exam.
The green check mark is essential to save any changes you've made! (Always save before copying the note or Ask NoteDx)

You can create custom keyboard shortcuts for recurrent text you include in your notes.
